General Contracting, Repair, Maintenance and Construction Management Services

The District of North Vancouver is seeking qualified general contractors to join a Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of general contracting, repair, maintenance, construction management, and prime contracting services on an as-needed basis. This initiative aims to create a pre-qualified roster of contractors to support a wide range of activities including facility renewals, repairs, improvements, and ongoing preventative maintenance across District-owned properties. The agreement will allow the District to efficiently source contracted services without undertaking a new procurement process for each project, streamlining operations and ensuring timely responses to maintenance and capital needs. Interested parties must submit their proposals by June 18, 2026, under solicitation number BCRFSO-022-26, which was posted on May 4, 2026. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and is not subject to any set-aside provisions.
