The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to upload the Question and Answer (Q/A) document that answers all questions recieved from Industry. No other terms or conditions within this solicitation are changing.

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.


Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is soliciting on behalf of the General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) for a non-personal services contract to provide shuttle service drivers for ambulatory and no ambulatory patients and staff at GLWCH. The Contractor shall provide all personnel to operate four (4) Government Owned Contractor Operated shuttles on specified shifts that will be manned during hospital operating hours.


This is anticipated to be a Base + 2 Option Year effort with an anticipated start date of 1 August 2026.


The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this requirement is: 485999, All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation


The size standard for the NAICS is: USD 165,000,000.00
