Delineated Area: North Boundary: Starting on the intersection of
Interstate 12 and Airline Hwy (Hwy 61), head
Eastbound on Airline Hwy (Hwy 61), until reaching the
intersection of Airline Hwy (Hwy 61). and Pecue Blvd.
East Boundary: From the intersection of Pecue
Blvd and Interstate 10, head Westbound on Interstate 10
