This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1346 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Generator Maintenance.



This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561210The small business size standard is $47M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.



See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.



In order to be considered for award VENDORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:



  1. Submit Attachment 1- SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c filled completely.
  2. Submit Attachment 4- Price Schedule
  3. Submit Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 6- Past Performance document for what is required.
  4. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation.
  5. Submit Capability Statement and/or technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Performance Work Statement.


REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further consideration.
