The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract for regularly scheduled generator inspections, as well as additional generator related services and materials on an as needed basis. The contract shall establish hourly labor rates and a percentage markup on materials for additional services for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “School Board” or “SJCSD”). The Bidder will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the Bid Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award. The successful Bidder is responsible for supplying at its own expense, all supervision, labor, equipment, machines, tools, materials, transportation, incidentals and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this Bid. Unless otherwise specified in this bid, SJCSD will not purchase, lease or otherwise acquire any equipment for use by the successful Bidder in performance of work under this bid. No additional fees of any kind not listed on the bid sheet will be accepted. Work shall be performed by qualified and trained service personnel.
