Giant Voice Enhancement Hill AFB

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under NAICS code 334310 for the turn-key enhancement of the Giant Voice Emergency Mass Notification System at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contract requires the engineering, furnishing, installation, and testing of a system upgrade that includes four 16-horn speaker stacks, one Motorola repeater, and a single horn at each of the three base entry gates. All equipment must be exclusively SiRcom and Motorola branded and fully compliant with the Statement of Objectives, and the installation must adhere to UFC 4-021-01 and other referenced standards.
