Full Description
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a turn-key enhancement to the existing "Giant Voice" Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Please refer to the attached solicitation (FA820126Q0031) and Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the full scope of work, site visit details, and submission instructions.
Site Visits will be conducted at Hill AFB on Wednesday, 29th of July 2026. See attachments for additional information and instructions.
