17-35 REHABILITATION PROJECT AND RELATED CEQA EXEMPTION (DISTRICT: 2) The proposed action consists of approval to advertise and award a construction contract for the Runway 17-35 Rehabilitation Project (project) at Gillespie Field Airport. The project would repair an existing runway pavement through mill and overlay; correct grade variations; improve connector taxiways, shoulders, and lighting; and restripe runway and taxiways pavement.
