GJ26-161 Virgin Town 2026-2027 Road Improvement Projects: Paving, Crack Seal, and Chip Seal

Virgin Town is seeking qualified contractors to perform road improvement work under solicitation GJ26-161 for the 2026-2027 Road Improvement Projects, which include paving, crack sealing, and chip sealing services along specified roadways within the town. The scope encompasses milling, grading, and repaving two segments of road—100 West from SR-9 South to Water Street and 150 West from SR-9 to 300 feet north of 225—each to be rebuilt to a 25-foot width with a 3-inch thick asphalt overlay, along with reestablishing subgrade and hauling away removed material.
