Each shipment must be accompanied by a packing slip listing item, quantity, part number, contract number, CRN, and PBN; the bill of lading must accompany the original invoice unless it is a “collect” shipment. Invoices can only be submitted after delivery completion and must be supported by a packing slip or waybill, forwarded to specified payment offices in Halifax and Victoria, with payment issued within 30 days of receipt in acceptable form.
