The State University of New York at Plattsburgh will receive sealed bids for project number 25JB0826-T000908 titled Gravel Roadway Improvements at the Field House Complex until 3:30pm local time on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 714 Kehoe Administration Building, 101 Broad Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed within the time frame indicated in the Project Schedule portion of the Project Manual, starting immediately upon the notice to proceed, after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller. An optional, but recommended Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All interested bidder's will meet in the small parking lot near the Chip Cummings Field entrance. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
