The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intents to Sole Source the below service: Fortec Medical, Inc. 2050 Northwest Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45231-1700 Green Light Laser Surgery Services: The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment and transportation necessary to supply Green Light Laser Services to include any potential components manufactured and/or distributed by the contractor. In addition, the contractor will also provide a fully insured and trained laser operator who will not only provide intra-operative operation of the Laser equipment (Laser Machine and Laser Fibers) while the surgeon performs the procedure. Contractor will perform installation, set-up and preventative maintenance verification at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The Laser equipment shall be FDA and Joint Commission approved. The contractors and subcontractors will require a security clearance. The physician has determined that the Fortec Green Light XPS Laser system and the Fortec, Inc. specific green light laser fibers, used as a pair, will produce the best outcomes for these particular patients. Failure to provide this service will result in diminished healthcare for the patients. All responses must be received no later than 13 May 2019, 5:00 PM EST.
