Grounds maintenance services are being procured for the seven-acre compound of the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area office located in Riggins, Idaho, under a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and four optional one-year renewal periods through July 31, 2031. The scope encompasses comprehensive landscape care including weekly or as-needed maintenance of approximately three irrigated acres featuring manicured lawns, edging, and trimming along pathways and structures, as well as periodic maintenance—three times per season from May 1 to September 30—of four unirrigated acres dominated by native vegetation. Additional duties include pruning of apple trees, spring startup and fall blowout of the sprinkler system, and responsive, short-notice service on a man-day basis when requested by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
