The Pasadena Center Operating Company (PCOC - “CENTER”) is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified contractor with experience to provide PCOC with first-class, front-line crowd control/crowd management personnel to supplement in-house Guest Services for all conventions, tradeshows, consumer shows, local events, meetings, concerts, and other events at the highest level of services to CENTER’s clients. The qualified contractor will continuously provide top quality service and generally provide a positive and safe experience to CENTER’s clients and guests.This is a competitive selection process. Pricing is not the only consideration. Contract award will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to Contractor experience, personnel experience, project approach, cost, local Pasadena business, and small or micro business.Contract TermThe term of the resulting contract shall be in effect for a period of three years, commencing on October 1, 2024, with the option of extending the agreement for two (2) additional two (2) year terms at the discretion of the CENTER.
