Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for hardwood floor maintenance for various facilities at Depot. The period of the Contract is two (2) years. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. Security Requirements: There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. Basis of selection: To be declared responsive, a bid must: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and b. meet all mandatory criteria; and c. obtain the required minimum of 65 points overall for the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating. The rating is performed on a scale of 100 points. Bids not meeting (a), (b) or (c) will be declared non-responsive. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: NWR_Procurement_Bids@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
