Harper’s Choice Middle School Chiller & Cooling Tower Replacement

The Howard County Public School System is soliciting bids for the replacement of the chiller and cooling tower systems at Harper’s Choice Middle School in Columbia, Maryland. The scope of work includes the removal of a 200-ton water-cooled chiller, cooling tower, condenser water pump, and associated piping and electrical components, as well as the modification of existing structural steel supports. The new chiller must be eligible for the EmPOWER Maryland prescriptive incentive and maintain a 65,000-amp short circuit current rating.
