Full Description

PHMSA seeks contractor support to update its current computer-based Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Transportation Training CD-ROM into a web-based training program that would be readily available to PHMSA stakeholders through multiple operating systems. The materials to be furnished by the Government Printing Office shall be examined at the U.S. Government Printing Office, Bid Section, Room C-161, Stop: PPSB, 732 North Capitol Street, NW, Washington, DC 20401, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., local time, on any workday prior to the day of quote deadline. Examination of the materials by the contractor is an integral part of these specifications. No additional payment will be allowed for the correction of errors due to the failure of the contractor to examine the materials and thoroughly understand the nature and extent of the work to be performed.
