Hazardous Waste Hauling and Manifesting Services

This subcontract for Hazardous Waste Hauling and Manifesting Services involves the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from event sites to authorized facilities for prime contractors on Middlesex County DSWM projects. The service provider is responsible for managing bills of lading and signing manifest forms as the generator for specific materials, including aerosols, batteries, corrosives, and pesticides. To fulfill these requirements, the contractor must utilize DOT-approved hazmat transport vehicles and specialized manifesting software, while maintaining all necessary DOT Hazardous Materials hauling permits. All waste must be delivered to Subtitle C facilities with fully completed manifests. This opportunity is managed by the New Jersey Office of Purchasing with a response deadline of September 23, 2026.
