Health Care Education Building- New Construction

Robeson Community College is soliciting for the new construction of the Healthcare Education Building in North Carolina. This project involves the creation of a single-story, 27,000 GSF state-of-the-art facility designed for healthcare education and training. The scope of work includes the development of laboratories, classrooms, training rooms, administrative offices, and support areas. Comprehensive construction requirements encompass sitework and landscaping, structural concrete and steel, masonry, exterior wall systems, roofing, doors, windows, storefronts, curtain walls, interior framing, finishes, casework, and complete MEP and fire protection systems. The solicitation, identified by number 119-NCCCS 2827-1 under NAICS code 236220, is currently in the prequalification phase for first tier subcontractors. Metcon, Inc. is serving as the Construction Manager and requires interested trade partners to submit their prequalification documentation electronically through TradeTapp and BuildingConnected.
