Additionally, the contract mandates a comprehensive breach response protocol, including detection, containment, investigation, notification, and remediation procedures for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of personal health information. The contractor must respond promptly and effectively to incidents, complying with mandatory reporting obligations to regulatory authorities and affected individuals as required by law. Work is to be performed across facilities in Ontario outside the National Capital Region, with strict adherence to the Correctional Service of Canada’s standards and the broader Government of Canada’s privacy and security mandates.
