Request for Standing Offers (RFSO)/Canadian Collaborative Procurement - Initiative (CCPI) High Speed Remote Controlled Boats for ADCP deployments
Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply and delivery of Battery Operated Remote Controlled (RC) Boats, to Authorized Users on an as and when required basis.
The Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI) applies to this requirement. Below is a list of provinces that have shown interest in making call-ups against the Standing Offer:
- The Government of the Province of Ontario including: - Township of Georgian Bay - Carleton University - The province of Nova Scotia - The Government of British Columbia - The Government of the Province of Manitoba including: - Winnipeg School Division
There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation.
The requirement is subject to the provisions the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
The period for the Standing Offer will be five (5) years with the option to extend for up to one (1) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions of the Standing Offer.
The RC Boats may be delivered to various locations across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
The Offeror must submit firm prices that will apply for the entire period of the Standing Offer including any option periods. All prices must be in Canadian dollars, customs duties and excise taxes included, applicable taxes and delivery included

This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
