SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with SecuriMetrics Incorporated, 757 Arnold Drive #D, Martinez, CA, 94553, for the following in support of the Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT): • one hundred fifty nine (159) HIIDE Series 4.0 API Software • five (5) HIIDE Extended Search Engine Server • ten thousand (10000) HIIDE Multi-Model Enrollments (iris, finger, face) • one (1) yearly Maintenance and Support The HIIDE is a portable, un-tethered device that is compatible with the Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT) system. SecuriMetrics is the sole manufacture of the HIIDE device and software and owns the proprietary rights and software code for those devices. SecuriMetrics is also the sole manufacturer of the BAT software for this purpose. Materials must be delivered starting 15 July 2007. SecuriMetrics is the manufacturer of this equipement and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated.
