The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide Elevator Maintenance Services under a fixed-price contract.


The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo.


 The contract term will consist on a base year and four (4) one-year option periods from the date of the contract award.


All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.


All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
