Defense Health Agency is currently seeking sources for a possible upcoming contracting opportunity. This is not a solicitation for offers. We are only requesting contractors provide capabilities that could fulfill a possible future requirement. The possible requirement is for a capable contractor to provide all-inclusive, nonpersonal services for the maintenance and repair of 3D Mammography systems and associated components. This includes providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary. The objective is to ensure the equipment maintains optimum operation and conforms to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard specifications. Services include periodic preventative maintenance, calibration, on-site emergency labor, comprehensive parts coverage, and installation of all OEM-sponsored modifications. The background for this requirement is the need to support the mission of the Military Healthcare System (MHS) at Madigan Army Medical Center, which utilizes this critical equipment to serve its beneficiaries.
