The Executive Office of the President (EOP), United States Digital Service (USDS) has a need for Human-Centered Designer(s) who can lead user research sessions in Spanish in support of a USDS project that aims to improve the user experience of interacting with social safety net benefits programs. The Contractor will be responsible for creating interview guides using human centered design principles and conducting user interviews in Spanish. Specifically, USDS is looking to understand how native-Spanish speakers navigate specific benefits programs and any unique pain points or challenges they encounter during the application process for benefits. Conducting user research with native Spanish speakers in their native language will drastically improve the usability of the programs and services they interact with. Insights from this research will complement and augment the work that USDS teams are undertaking to make benefits programs more accessible to the diverse communities who interact with them.
