HVAC Filters

The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board has issued Request for Quote Q-26-62 for the supply and delivery of Merv 13 pleated panel HVAC filters to various school locations, including St. Bernadette, St. Catherine of Siena, St. Joan of Arc, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Nicholas, Notre Dame, and Our Lady of the Bay. The filters must meet ASHRAE Standard 52.2 and are designed for a twelve-month service life. Bids must be submitted electronically via the designated Bidding System by September 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern local time. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant bidder, with a tie-breaking rule favoring the earliest received submission. Eligible suppliers must provide mandatory documentation, including test reports and a US Declaration form. In accordance with the Ontario Procurement Restriction Policy effective April 4, 2025, US-based companies with headquarters in the US and fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada are prohibited from this procurement process. Successful bidders must provide a Workplace Safety and Insurance Board certificate and adhere to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Payment terms are NET 30 days from the date of invoice, processed via cheque or electronic funds transfer.
