2027-002 HVAC Filters

Spartanburg County School District Five is soliciting competitive bids for the procurement of various HVAC filters to support its schools. The contract consists of an initial one-year term with the option for four additional one-year renewals, totaling a potential five-year period. While District Five is the primary agency, Spartanburg School Districts One, Two, Four, Six, and Seven have expressed interest in utilizing the contract after the award. The award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible overall bidder, with a requirement that bidders quote all line items to be considered responsive. Preferences are available for South Carolina resident vendors and those providing US end-products. The scope of work involves the supply of pleated filters meeting MERV 8 specifications across 71 specific line items. Deliveries are to be handled on a quarterly basis and must include inside delivery with a lift-gate. All bid pricing must be inclusive of delivery fees.
