AMENDMENT 0001: Establishes a Site Visit date and time for 13-MAY-2026 at 1000 Eastern Time. Extends the submission deadline to 19-MAY-2026 NLT 1700 Eastern Time. Updates Site POC and QAE contact information on posting and in Statement of Work. Changes to Statement of Work is highlighted yellow. All else remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
The United States Coast Guard requires contractor support in providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform HVAC repairs and troubleshooting services at U.S. Coast Guard Station Little Creek, located at 1100 Abbott Road, Virginia Beach, VA. Work includes replacement of HVAC components and diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of multiple Fan Coil Units (FCUs). See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing Contractors and a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by COB (1700) Eastern Time on 05/13/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and jackson.a.wysor2@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1449 and pricing are completed before emailing.
