You are advised to maintain this email as evidence of approval by the MSO. This Interim Request is for the Alamogordo, NM Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for a six (6) month period for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS) with Primary Care Solutions, Inc. to be executed by VISN 22L Network Contracting Office. This Interim Approval, per your customer's request, is for a short-term contract for six (6) months with a six (6) month Option to Extend Services if the long term is not awarded within the initial six (6) month period. The intent of this document is to expedite a short-term contract. Please ensure that you incorporate FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services Clause into the solicitation. The long-term contract will be for a base period of twelve months and eight (8) one (1) year options.
