ICITAP CVE Audio Recording & Transcription Devices

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta, through its Procurement Contracting Unit, is soliciting competitive quotations for 50 AI-enabled wearable audio recording devices with integrated transcription, speaker identification, and automated meeting summary capabilities under solicitation number PR16006108. The contract is set aside exclusively for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business concerns, and all offers must comply with the FAR clauses incorporated by reference, including 52.219-29 for EDWOSB status certification, 52.222-50 Alternate I for combating trafficking in persons, and 52.225-1 and 52.225-13 for Buy American and foreign purchase restrictions. Each device must feature 20+ hours of continuous recording, 64GB internal storage, secure end-to-end encryption compliant with ISO 27001 and GDPR standards, and include a 24-month AI transcription subscription of at least 300 minutes per month per unit. Delivery is required within 14 calendar days of award to the American Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, under FOB Destination terms, with all items to be new, unused, and accompanied by user manuals, warranty documentation, and technical support contacts. The contract is firm fixed price, payment will be made net 30 days after receipt of goods and a proper invoice, and the government reserves the right to reject any quote deemed unreasonably high or low.
