This combination Synopsis/Sources Sought announcement is to determine interest from Small Business firms under NAICS 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, that will submit a quote to complete this construction project located at Fernan Ranger Station, Coeur d Alene River Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Kootenai County, Idaho. This project includes removing the existing asphalt, repaving with new 2 inch asphalt, removal and resetting of pindown curb, cleaning of dry sumps, and the painting of pavement markings, with a base item for the visitor parking area and approximately one-third of the employee parking area, and two option items for the remaining estimated two-thirds employee parking area and government fleet parking area. The project location: 2502 E Sherman Avenue, Coeur d Alene, Idaho. Estimated start work is September 2012 and complete by November 2, 2012. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site.
