IFB 2025-04 Interior and Exterior Improvements Seaboard Sq. and Westbury Properties

The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Authority) will receive electronic sealed bids for the Interior and Exterior Improvements – Seaboard Square and Westbury Properties located in Portsmouth, Virginia. The units associated with this project are occupied. There will be no overnight displacement of residents. The contractor is responsible for the coordination of work in a manner that meets this requirement. The contractor shall verify all field conditions and dimensions prior to work starting and shall coordinate the work of any necessary trades. The contractor must be authorized to transact business in the State of Virginia as required by the Virginia State Corporation Commission.This project is Davis Bacon applicable and certified payrolls must be submitted to PRHA.Section 3 reporting requirements shall apply to this project.A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and required for this project.
