The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is soliciting bids from qualified bidders who have the ability to provide specialized technical assistance to applicants who are eligible to apply for sites funded under the Equitable Community Revitalization Grant program (ECRG). The bidder shall provide personnel, services, materials, and equipment necessary to implement all requirements of the Brownfield Technical Assistance Provider (B-TAP) role. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting educational and informational sessions regarding DTSC's ECRG and other brownfield related programs jointly with DTSC and independently, supporting applicants with the development of ECRG applications, and conducting activities for ECRG sites that will support safe use/reuse.
