The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to award contracts for the following: A. Annually renewable agreement for the quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) program of the Fike Explosion Protection System that serves the sludge dryer process in Building U (Section 2); B. Annually renewable agreement for the annual preventive maintenance and inspection program of the UOSA fire alarm system (Section 3); C. Annually renewable agreement for the annual preventive maintenance and inspection program of the UOSA fire sprinkler system (Section 3); D. Annually renewable agreement for the annual preventive maintenance and inspection program of the UOSA FM-200 system (Section 3); E. Each agreement for PM and inspection services above will contain provisions for additional miscellaneous maintenance and repairs, both planned and emergency, beyond that described above on a time and material basis. The additional Work may include (but not be limited to) maintenance, testing and replacement services.
