IFB No. 131903 Daily Mail Courier Services

Invitation for Bid No. 131903, issued by the California Employment Development Department on behalf of the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, seeks a contractor to provide daily mail courier services for the CUIAB facility located at 9800 South La Cienega Boulevard, Suite 901, Inglewood, California. While the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation requirement is waived, a DVBE incentive of up to 5 percent or 100,000 dollars may be applied during evaluation. Bids are due by 3:00 p.m. PT on October 5, 2026.
