Full Description

SCDD is looking for a contractor who can create and operate a Warmline assistance center to answer questions and connect users with resources to assist with implementation of SDM. Inquiries may come from individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) along with individuals mental health issues, members of the aging population, and others who wish to use SDM. Additionally, inquiries may be received from supporters of those individuals or professionals who are working with those individuals.
The Warmline staff will answer questions that are received via phone call and email. The contractor will be responsible for responding to all inquiries in a timely manner (within 1business day) and would need to be able to work with individuals in their language of choice,either by employing someone who is bilingual or by utilizing a language line.
