Full Description

The purpose of this notice is to notify industry of the award made to Mathematica Policy Research. The period of performance will consist of a 36-month base period and four optional task periods that would result in a 60--month period contract in total. The total contract value is $9,902,504.00, if all options are exercised. This is a contract to conduct contract to conduct an implementation and impact evaluation study of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program. The services include intervention implementation, execution, and data collection for the impact study. Finally, the contractor will write an impact report to summarize the results and findings of the impact evaluation. Collectively these services will assist the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) which administers the 21st CCLC program by providing information on the effectiveness of the program.
