Solicitation # Q015
The Indiana National Guard United States Property Fiscal Office is soliciting proposals for surgical dental services to support approximately 10,500 soldiers. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 621210, structured as an unpriced purchase order with a not-to-exceed limit of 100,000 dollars. The primary objective is to improve medical readiness by treating soldiers with Dental Readiness Code 3 to convert them to Code 2. Services must be provided at the contractor's own facility located within 50 miles of Camp Atterbury, Indiana, and must include surgical extractions, crowns, root canals, and associated procedures. The period of performance runs from September 21, 2026, to September 20, 2027, or until funds are exhausted. Qualified providers must have experience in government contracting and the specific pricing arrangements associated with this type of order. A critical requirement is the acceptance of Concordia and Blue Shield Blue Cross insurance, which must be billed first before the government is invoiced for the remaining balance via the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Key deliverables include the dental treatments, a monthly tracker of costs and services, and completed DD 2813 forms. Proposals will be evaluated based on office location, past government experience, insurance acceptance, and the ability to meet all Performance Work Statement tasks, while provided price sheets will be used primarily to verify fair market value. **Cancelled** Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) purchase and install
Solicitation # W912L926QA012
The Indiana National Guard has cancelled this pre-solicitation request for the current fiscal year, though it may become available in the next. The project envisioned a design-build, turn-key installation of a closed-network IP-based Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to monitor the exterior and parking areas of Buildings 733, 734, and 735 at the MTC-ATT facility in Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The technical requirements specified the installation of five fixed IP bullet cameras and one panoramic multi-sensor camera, integrated with Axis Camera Station 5 software and a dedicated network video recorder. The system was required to be TAA compliant, NGB approved, and physically isolated from external networks, with a mandatory 21-day video retention period. The solicitation was intended to be issued exclusively through the CHESS ITES-4H contract vehicle, with a small business set-aside on SAM.gov as a contingency. Under NAICS 561621, the prime contractor would have been required to self-perform at least 25 percent of the contract cost and provide objective proof of in-house technical capability, including manufacturer-specific certifications and W-2 employee verification. The scope of work included all engineering, Cat6 plenum cabling, installation, and end-user training, concluding with a final walkthrough and a one-year warranty on all materials and labor.
