The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to Sartorius Corporation, Bohemia, NY 11716. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses
This requirement is for an annual service agreement for the Sartorius Corporation Incucyte SX5 live-cell analysis system.
Specifics include:
1. 12-Month Extended Service Plan for Instrument referenced above to be appended to the existing warranty/service agreement 2. Priority Service via dedicated communication channels 3. Parts, labor, and travel expense for break fix events included 4. Includes all base software upgrades, if applicable. 5. One annual preventative maintenance visit 6.
