Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to analyze and design technologies in the following areas for the Canadian Space Agency (CSA): - Plant Health Monitoring, - Water Disinfection, - Food Safety Sanitation, and - Nutrient Solution Analyzer. The objective is to facilitate Phase 0 work that is crucial for advancing Canada's involvement in developing these technologies for the International Space Station (ISS) and help the CSA identify and consolidate user needs, define mission requirements, validate concept designs, develop a concept of operations, identify critical technologies, and create development plans for subsequent phases of the ISS Food Production (FP) Subsystems. Canada plans to award up to four (4) Contracts, one contract per technology ( Plant Health Monitoring, Water Disinfection, Food Safety Sanitation, and Nutrient Solution Analyzer) as a result of this this Request for Proposal. NOTE: Offerors may bid on any combination of, up to a maximum of two (2) independent ISS FP Subsystems.
