Description: The work under this project consists of providing construction management services by a qualified Construction Manager (CM) for the Ocean, Coastal and River Engineering (OCRE) Facility Renewal Project, located at 1 Arctic Avenue, St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5. Mandatory site visit: Mandatory Site Visits originally scheduled for February 24 2026 at 1:00 PM (NT) and February 25 2026 at 10:00 AM (NT) have been CANCELLED due to weather conditions. The site visits have been RESCHEDULED for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM (NT) and Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM (NT). The site visit for this project remains MANDATORY. Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits. Interested bidders are to meet the NRC representative at National Research Council Canada, 1 Arctic Avenue St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5. All deliverable must be received no later than 20 months from Award of Contract. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
