Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires Heavy Civil - Marine Engineering consulting services for to investigate options and complete detailed design the for replacement of the existing pool and weir fishway at Indian River, Springdale, NL with a new vertical slot fishway.
