This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County to obtain Proposals for the purposes of establishing a vendor of record list (“VOR”) for Architectural and Engineering Services. The County intends to review all responses and approve a number of vendors and keep them on the record list for a period of three (3) years.These approved vendors will then be utilized whenever a related requirement arises. In accordance with the County's purchasing policy, certain jobs will be awarded directly.
