This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District to inform interested/potential contractors of the District's imminent issue of an Invitation for Bid Package for its construction project entitled, "INDIANA HARBOR AND CANAL CONFINED DISPOSAL FACILITY ENTRANCE ROAD RESURFACING, EAST CHICAGO, LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA" PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, the contractor will be required to resurface a 1,258 feet by 24-foot w ide gravel entrance road with reinforced concrete pavement and tie-into existing concrete pavements at each end of the new pavement.
