INDIG Village Demolition

The contract requires a small business to perform the complete demolition, debris removal, and comprehensive grading of the INDIG Village training area at Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia, under a Firm Fixed Price arrangement. The scope includes the systematic demolition of 23 wood training buildings and six enclosing wall sections down to ground level, extraction of all associated foundations and anchoring systems, removal of all debris to licensed off-site facilities in compliance with environmental regulations, and final grading and soil compaction to prepare the site for Phase 2 multi-level target complexes. All work must be performed with full supervision, labor, materials, and heavy equipment, and the contractor must coordinate closely with TEU2 site managers to mitigate noise, dust, and traffic impacts near active training zones.
