The Illumina product support service team includes highly qualified technical applications scientists (TAS), and field application scientists (FAS) and others that are deeply familiar with the intricacies of the assay system and are able to troubleshoot and provide replacement reagents FOC if necessary. NO other provider is able to provide this level of support for the arrays
