Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

Nature of Requirements:
1.This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA:
*Stream #10- IB- Rubberized Synthetic Fabrics- Equal to or less than 6 Meters.
2.Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for purchase six (6) two-person commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) inflatable boats during the first 3 years.
3.In addition, Canada shall have the option to purchase up to four (4) additional inflatable boats under the same terms and conditions specified in the Contract during Years 4 and 5.
4.All deliverables for the boats must be delivered to Natural Resources Canada, in Ottawa, Ontario by March 31st of every year
5.Only suppliers holding an existing Small Boat Supply Arrangement (SA Holders) are eligible to compete for this requirement. The solicitation documents will be e-mailed directly to the eligible SA Holders.
6.In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on CanadaBuys (RFSA- SMALL BOATS - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
7.This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), ), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement.
8.There is no security associated with this requirement.
