This requirement is for: Department of National Defence This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 under the National Capital Region NCR, level of expertise and for the following category: • 2.11 – Information / Records Management Specialist – Level 1 The requirement is intended to result in the award of 1 contract from date of award to 31 March 2028. All pre-qualified SA Holders for that category and stream for Tier 1, have been invited to submit a proposal. Description of the Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) require the services of one (1) Information Management Officer, Junior Level to support the the Royal Canadian Airforce (RCAF) Electronic Warfare (EW) in Ottawa, ON. The resource will organize the Information Resource of Business Value (IRBV) so that they are stored, retrieved, used and disposed of in a systematic and efficient manner which is in compliance with the Defence Subject Classification and Disposal System (DSCDS), as approved by the Library and Archives of Canada (LAC). All reports and deliverables must be submitted in English. • This requirement is the initial request and does not have any incumbent. • Work under this requirement must be performed on-site however the Technical Authority may authorize at their discretion the resource to work from their private residence. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
