Full Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice and NOT a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to perform Information Resource Center (IRC) Support Services in support of Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center – Rock Island (CBC-RI).
This requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform inquiry management services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA) is seeking sources only. ACC-RIA intends to consider all capability statements when developing its finalized acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation(s).

Please provide a capability statement to include information about your ability to perform this requirement, making sure to address the following areas:
1. Corporate Experience (Multi-Tier Support)
Briefly describe your firm's relevant past performance in operating a multi-tiered (Tier 1 and Tier 2) technical help desk or information center. Highlight experience managing strict response times and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve complex inquiries.
