IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REFERENCE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Submissions MUST be sent by EPOST Connect service offered by Canada Post.
DESCRIPTION
Public Works and Government Services Canada requires inspection, maintenance and repair services to ensure the proper operation of the garage doors at the Quebec base at 101 Champlain Boulevard. The work required is to make five (5) annual inspection visits and ten (10) semi-annual inspection visits, during normal working hours and days and also maintenance on request. The first inspection visit will be made in September and the second in March of each year. The garage doors are located at the Quebec base at the following locations: - Building 100 - Building 400 - Building 500 - Building 600 - Building 900
SITE VISIT / BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE
There will be no site visit. However, bidders can contact the contracting authority to request an appointment for a site visit if they find it necessary. No questions will be answered during the site visit. All questions will be submitted in writing to the contracting authority
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
There is security requirements applicable to this Agreement.
