Thank you very much for interesting this requirement.
Unfortunately, this requirement shall be completed in limited timely matter and at a place in U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka Japan to be determined by port operations. Also, Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs which have been validated by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Contracting Department. Firms who do not possess an active MSRA/ABR with NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka are ineligible for award as a Prime Contractor.
This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Offerors/Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.
