This amendment 0003 of N6264926RB004 is to provide the revised TGI 38K6144107A01 (CLIN 0001) and revised TGI_38K6144108A03 (CLIN 0002) listed in Section J Attachment (1).
The revised PoP is 19 OCT 2026 through 13 DEC 2026.
The solicitation due date is extended to 25 AUG 2026, 15:00 (Japan Time).

Unfortunately, this requirement shall be completed in limited timely matter and at a place in U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka Japan to be determined by port operations. Also, Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs which have been validated by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Contracting Department. Firms who do not possess an active MSRA/ABR with NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka are ineligible for award as a Prime Contractor.
This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Offerors/Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.
